Sign-in problems

Check that you are using the same email and sign-in method.
Use password reset instead of sending anyone your password.
If a mobile session expires, reopen the app and sign in again only if automatic secure refresh cannot complete.

Writing analysis

Keep the app open while a long essay is being analysed; complex requests can take several minutes.
Make sure the selected standard and language match the submitted writing.
Do not rely on an AI score as an official grade. Review corrections and ask a teacher when accuracy matters.

Purchases and access

Website purchases are handled by Stripe. Digital access purchased inside the iOS or Android app is handled by that platform's store. A one-time access pass is non-renewing and does not automatically charge for another period. Its current price and duration are shown before purchase.

For an App Store or Google Play billing issue, include the store order reference but never send full card details. Refund eligibility is determined through the store that processed the purchase.

Privacy and account deletion

Read the privacy policy or use the account-deletion page. Deletion is permanent and removes access to saved learning history.
