Delete your account
Verify the account email, review what happens, and permanently remove the account. This page is for website users.
What is removed
- Your MotiLearn authentication account and active sessions.
- Saved essays, prompts, correction results, learning history, vocabulary, review cards and other data linked to the account.
- Your social profile, friendships, memberships, messages and account-controlled uploaded images. Copies another person independently saved outside MotiLearn cannot be recalled.
When deletion happens
After the email code and final confirmation succeed, MotiLearn deletes the active account data immediately and signs this browser out. Protected backup copies, if any, are isolated from ordinary use and expire through the scheduled backup cycle. A restored backup must reapply the deletion instruction.
Limited records that may remain
A minimal, de-identified deletion record and records required for payment disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, safety or legal duties may be retained only for those purposes. They are not kept as an active MotiLearn profile. See the Privacy Policy for the controlling explanation. Privacy Policy.
